Impact Ventures Accelerator/Lab

Himalaya is the Remote-First Impact Accelerator/Venture Lab. Himalaya enables sustainable impact success for purpose driven startups delivering sustainable solutions, primarily in Asia and Africa. Founded and based in the Cambridge startup and sustainability ecosystems, Himalaya focuses on the areas of highest positive impact potential. It is the catalyst for shared-purpose, shared-risk, knowledge capital, social capital, global expertise and ‘glocal’ tech-for-good  business solutions for big environmental and social problems. The focus is Emerging, Frontier & Developing Markets, which are the most vulnerable to climate change, with large young, tech-enabled populations.

Purpose

Climate change, social development, social stability and economic activity are intimately linked. Emerging Asia and Africa have the potential to leapfrog to sustainable-first business; through shared purpose, local solutions and execution which have scalable impact, leveraged by global expertise, support and collaboration, to meet the existential challenges we all face.
